ScamSmartChurch is operated by Mitch Johnston in North Carolina, United States. In this policy, “ScamSmartChurch,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mitch Johnston doing business through ScamSmartChurch.com.
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you request free scam-prevention tips or other resources; purchase the Scam Demonstration Lab or another product; create or use a course account; contact us with a question or support request; request a refund; or otherwise communicate with us.
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, passwords, complete payment-card numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a legitimate reason.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect your name, billing information, payment-card details, device information, and transaction information according to its own privacy practices. ScamSmartChurch may receive limited transaction information, such as your name, email address, payment status, purchase amount, and the last four digits or type of payment card. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

When you use the website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by our website and service providers.
This information helps the website function, protects accounts, supports course access, remembers preferences, diagnoses technical problems, and helps us understand how the website is used.
If you request free tips, purchase training, or otherwise ask to hear from us, we may send you educational or promotional emails. Every promotional email will include a way to unsubscribe.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. We may still send necessary non-promotional messages, such as receipts, account-access information, security notices, responses to your questions, or important updates about a product you purchased.
ScamSmartChurch.com is built and delivered through Systeme.io. Systeme.io and related service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the website and course areas working, remember settings and sessions, support logins and purchases, protect the website against misuse, and measure website performance and basic usage.
ScamSmartChurch does not currently have Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or another advertising pixel intentionally installed on the website.
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Some website, checkout, or course features may not work properly if essential cookies are disabled.

We use companies that help us operate the website, deliver courses and emails, process payments, maintain records, provide technical support, and protect our services.
